There’s a mechanic simulator for almost every type of niche out there, from motorcycles and hot rods, to sports cars and tanks. So why not a simulator for repairing mechs? Well, now there is one and it carries the apropos title of मच मैकेनिक सिम्युलेटर.
The game is scheduled to release in October, 2020 on Steam for PC.

I actually kind of like the idea that instead of doing a typical “here are the game features” trailer, they went the स्टार नागरिक route by showcasing a mech from one of the corporations that will be featured in the game.
The showcase reel is sleek and stylish and well put together.
No, it doesn’t delve into the nuts and bolts of the repair system, but there are some assets over on the Steam page that do give you an idea of how it will work.
Basically you’ll be tasked with repairing everything from worker bots to military mechoids.
You’ll create your own mech repair company with the hopes of one day creating your very own state-of-the-art mech.
The game will start with simple repairs, where you’ll need to fix damaged servo units, replace damaged limbs, or re-attach broken parts.
Some parts you can repair, others may be damaged beyond salvation. You can smelt and sell the damaged goods, and spruce up, clean-up, and buff the old parts that are still usable.
Some of the mech jobs will include customizing them for clients, redoing paint jobs, or even applying prototype parts.
Majority of the mechs are themed around Western sci-fi, especially of the Battletech और और MechWarrior variety, but there are also some designs inspired by धातु गियर और Deus पूर्व as well. But I’m sure that Polyslash sees an opportunity for a huge cash influx if they have Japanese-style mechs featured in the game, especially those based around the Gundam ब्रांड.
You can wishlist or follow the game on भाप to keep track of its updates leading up to release, or you can just wait until October, 2020 to pick up a digital copy when it releases on PC.
