It looks like director George Miller has come forth to announce that he is moving ahead with a standalone मैड मैक्स: रोष रोड prequel centered around Furiosa. The movie in question will touch on her time spent in the “idyllic Green Place,” why she was plucked from the Vuvalini, and how she became a “hardened warrior.”
The 2015 movie that prompted gamasutra.com to write to game developers to adopt cues from मैड मैक्स: रोष रोड underlines that Miller was out to reach social justice warriors without remorse. And speaking of the director over the upcoming Furiosa prequel, Colin Gibson — production designer — will make a return too. He, Gibson, tells the publication site that the 88 vehicles he built for फ़्यूरी रोड will be dwarfed by the prequel’s vehicular inclusion.
And lastly, cinematographer John Seale will return to help out on the prequel, which the film itself will more than likely feature social justice narratives like there’s no tomorrow.
